Malaysian Universities (Sports Facilities)

Malaysia has a lot of universities that provide good sports facilities. Today I want to share with you guys, universities that have the best sports facilities. This is based on my individual opinion. 1. UiTM Shah Alam As the main branch for all UiTM in Malaysia, it is provided with the top-class sports facilities for the students and become the venue of choice to hold prestigious sports events. It has become the choice for the local and international competition such as the upcoming 10th UiTM International Sports Fiesta (UiSF). There is also an Olympic-sized swimming pool in which they have created a special schedule for both female and male students to take turns when using the pool. What not to miss is a huge stadium with track and field that can accommodate more than 10,000 spectators, where football matches between universities are being held. Daily exercise is an essential component of staying healthy. So even we need to keep our social distancing, there is no excuse for us to keep and stay healthy. There are some type of exercise that we can do during this PKPP Endurance Exercises: Support Your Heart and Lungs Endurance exercise expands your breathing and increases your heart rate and any activity that increases your heart rate counts. For example: Walking or jogging High knee or jumping jack Strength Training: Maintain Your Muscles Strength training helps build and maintain muscles.
